Reply:If you are a resident of India, then find books "Programming in ANSI C" and "Object oriented Programming with C++" by E Balagurusamy pub by Tata McGrawhills.


The author provides all examples and good exercises.


Both are very popular and each costs you 200 RS. But they are available in most libraries.
